Continuity Plan
In
the event of a Significant Business Disruption (SBD), whether
internal or external, Great Circle Financial has a Business
Continuity Plan (BCP) in place with procedures to ensure the quick
recovery from any business disruption.
This plan is reviewed annually to confirm the procedures set
forth are up to date, and can and will be executed in a timely
fashion, to minimize any disruption to our regular and daily business
activities. It is the intent of
Great Circle Financial to continue to provide our clients with
the timely processing of their securities transactions and access to
their securities and funds, at all times.
To
that end, Great Circle Financial has established regular
procedures for the back-up and protected storage of sensitive client
information and record keeping. This
effort has been established to provide the timely access to client
information in the event of an SBD.
